Triveni Sangam Dialogues (TSD) uses the details you submit through the Kundali request form to review your request, contact you, discuss any proposed report and, if you choose to proceed, prepare and deliver it. The form does not take a payment or generate a report automatically.
Your name; date, time accuracy, time and place of birth; email; preferred report language; optional area of interest and question; and your consent to submit the request. Please submit your own details only if you are 18 or older. Do not include identity, medical or financial documents.
We use these details only to understand and respond to your astrology request, communicate about scope and any fee, and prepare a report if you later agree to proceed. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing messages.
Submissions are stored using Netlify Forms for the TSD website and can be viewed by people with authorized access to the TSD site dashboard. New-request notifications are sent to trivenisangamdialogues@gmail.com.
To ask what we hold, correct your information, withdraw your request, or request deletion, email trivenisangamdialogues@gmail.com. We retain information while needed to handle your request, any service you agree to, and related records; requests for deletion will be reviewed through that contact address.
